You may return unopened and unused items within a 30-day period, unless there are specific instructions mentioned on the product details page. It is important to ensure that the packaging remains in its original condition, just as it was when initially received.
Returns are not accepted for opened items. This includes:
- Items that have been opened or removed from their packaging.
- Items that show visible signs of the packaging being opened.
- Cases that have been opened and are no longer sealed by the factory
If you encounter a defective item you can request an exchange for the same item or a replacement part within 30 days of receiving your order.
To assist us in assessing the issue and determining if a replacement part would be beneficial, we may ask you to email a picture of the broken or defective item.
Please note that the following issues are not considered defects:
- Minor cosmetic paint problems.
- Package condition.
- Any exception specifically mentioned in the product small print
How to return items
Please get in touch with our Customer Service to obtain authorisation for your return. It is important to note that returns made without proper authorisation may experience delays and may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact email@example.com to initiate the return and receive the necessary authorisation.
In the event that the return is a result of our error, or if you have received a defective product, we will gladly cover the return shipping fees. However, it is crucial that the return is first authorised by contacting our Customer Service. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.
Shipping costs for all other returns are at the customers cost. Refunds will be processed after the product has been recieved and inspected.
